A TREATY
BETWEEN
THE EMPIRE OF KAZOKU
AND
THE BOVIC EMPIRE OF NATOPIA
WHEREAS His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Kazoku and His Imperial Majesty the Bovic Emperor of Natopia are resolved to establish a treaty between their two sovereign nations.
ARTICLE I
The Empire of Kazoku and the Bovic Empire of Natopia shall recognize each other as Sovereign States.
ARTICLE II
The Empire of Kazoku and the Bovic Empire of Natopia shall not conduct any covert or overt harmful actions against each other.
ARTICLE III
The Empire of Kazoku and the Bovic Empire of Natopia shall allow citizens to freely pass within each others borders with the appropriate passports and regulations set by each country.
ARTICLE IV
The Empire of Kazoku shall establish an embassy within the Bovic Empire of Natopia. The Bovic Empire shall establish an embassy within the Empire of Kazoku. Both nations shall exchange Ambassadors.
ARTICLE V
The Emperor of Kazoku and his representatives shall be granted the rights of all heads of state within the Bovic Empire. The Bovic Emperor of Natopia shall be granted the rights of all heads of states within the Empire of Kazoku.
ARTICLE VI
In the event that either the Empire of Kazoku or the Bovic Empire of Natopia are attacked, the other nation shall respond in defense.
Article VII
On May 25, 2009 the Bovic Empire of Natopia shall cede the Islands known in Natopia as the Arolsen Islands formally to the Empire of Kazoku.
Article VIII
The Bovic Empire of Natopia shall cede the naval warships inherited after the collapse of the Holzer Empire to the Empire of Kazoku on April 1, 2009.
This treaty shall come in effect within the Empire of Kazoku with the affixation of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor’s representative signature and the privy seal of the Empire of Kazoku.
For the Empire of Kazoku:

This Treaty shall come in effect within the Bovic Empire of Natopia with the ratification by the signature of His Imperial Majesty the Emperor.
