IMPERIAL RESCRIPT
ON THE PROPOSED TREATY WITH
THE BOVIC EMPIRE OF NATOPIA
By the grace of Heaven, Emperor of Kazoku, seated on the throne occupied by the same dynasty from time immemorial, enjoin upon ye, Our loyal and brave subjects:
Whereas we feel that friendship between our glorious Empire and the Bovic Empire of Natopia shall be at the utmost importance to the survival of our great culture. Our most loyal Lord Chamberlin has drafted a treaty between our two nations. The treaty ensures that both empires recognize each other and that in the event that either nation is in need of defense the other shall come to the aid of the other. With the Formal annexation of Holzborg by the Bovic Empire of Natopia, the Treaty between Natopia and Kazoku states that the Holzer war ships shall be ceded to our great Imperial Navy.
We support this treaty fully and pray that it shall be ratified by both the Bovic Empire of Natopia and the Empire of Kazoku, and that ten thousand years of peace shall occur between our two great Empires.
