Prince Albert von Baden, who is representative to the Holzer Kaiser, arrived in Yamato last night to sign a treaty making the Empire of Kazoku a protectorate of the Holzer Empire. The treaty which will be signed on Monday, will give the Holzer Empire de facto sovereignty over Kazoku. The Emperor of Kazoku with have cultural reign over Kazoku. The Kaiser’s office said Friday “We have no intention on forcing Kazoku or its Emperor into any deal which will limit his authority”. The Kazokuese Imperial Navy will become part of the Kaiserliche Marine, and the Kazoku Imperial Army will become part of the Kaiserliche Heer. Prince Albert will sign the treaty on Monday with Emperor Yoshihito
